Summer Solstice reflection.

As the wheel of the year is turning after the peak of the Summer Solstice, we take a moment to pause and think how we would like to live the second half of the year? What tools can we use to keep our inner fire shining bright as the days grow shorter? For me, that is yoga.
I hear you ask if yoga would be right for you?
Yoga is for every body.
Yoga is for the anxious.
Yoga is for the overthinkers.
Yoga is for the people who feel disconnected.
Yoga is for every human being.
For thousand of years, yoga has offered us the same invitation:
Slow down.
Breathe deeply.
Move consciously.
Listen inward.
And remember who you truly are.
Your body is not a machine that needs fixing.
Your body is a home that deserves to be loved, respected and cared for.
And maybe that's exactly the what the world needs right now - more presence.
Imagine if every person on the planet spent just 10 minutes a day breathing deeply, moving mindfully, and reconnecting with themselves. Hoe different would our world become?
Today I invite your to begin.
Not tomorrow.
Not when life becomes easier.
Today
Take one breath.
Take one step.
Take one moment for yourself.
That is enough.
Because yoga has never been about becoming someone else. It has always been about returning to who you already are.
Namaste.
